Saint Cloud Photography Locations
Saint Cloud, Florida is home to some of my favorite locations for family photography, couples sessions, and maternity photos in Central Florida. From waterfront views and wide open spaces to oak trees, natural Florida landscapes, and the charm of Downtown Saint Cloud, there is plenty of variety when choosing the perfect backdrop for your photography session.
After years of photographing clients throughout Saint Cloud and the surrounding Central Florida area, I have gotten to know which locations work best for different families and session styles. Whether you have young children who need room to explore or you are looking for something quiet, rustic, and filled with beautiful natural light, I am always happy to help you find the right spot.
Below are a few of my favorite photography locations in Saint Cloud, Florida.
Saint Cloud Lakefront
Saint Cloud Lakefront is a beautiful location for photography sessions with views of East Lake Tohopekaliga, open grassy areas, palm trees, and a small sandy beach area.
The variety is one of my favorite things about photographing sessions here. We can create relaxed photos near the water, use the greenery and palm trees, and finish closer to the beach for a completely different look without having to change locations.
Best for: Families, children, couples, maternity, and elopements

Lake Runnymede Conservation Area
Lake Runnymede Conservation Area is easily one of my favorite photography locations in Saint Cloud. The large oak trees, natural trails, and beautiful Florida landscape create a quiet, rustic setting that photographs beautifully.
This is a location I recommend again and again for family photography. There is plenty of room for children to move around and sessions can feel natural without forcing everyone into stiff poses. The light through the trees later in the day is also beautiful.
If you love warm, natural photos with plenty of greenery and a true Central Florida feel, Lake Runnymede is one of my top recommendations.

Downtown Saint Cloud
Downtown Saint Cloud is a great option for anyone looking for a more casual and urban photography location. The historic downtown setting, storefronts, and streets give photos a completely different feel from the parks and lakefront locations around Central Florida.
I particularly love downtown locations for couples and families with older children. Sessions can feel a little more relaxed and candid as we walk around and find different backgrounds along the way.
Best for: Couples, individuals, elopements, and families with older children
Best time for photos: Morning or late afternoon
Ralph V. Chisholm Regional Park
Ralph V. Chisholm Regional Park is a lovely Saint Cloud photography location with lake views, open spaces, and plenty of natural scenery.
This location works particularly well for relaxed family sessions and families with younger children. There is room to move around, explore, and allow kids to be themselves rather than expecting them to stand still for the entire session.
The waterfront and surrounding greenery also give us plenty of variety for your final gallery.
